Andrew Hayes, Senior Pastor
Andrew has served the church as Senior Pastor since 2004.
Prior to this he worked as a consultant integrity engineer and marine engineer surveyor for 14 years in the offshore oil industry. Andrew has a passion for people to understand and apply God’s word in their lives today and seeks to enable that. As pastor he wants to be led by Jesus, to lead like Jesus, to lead others to Jesus. He is married to Laura and they are the proud parents of 3 children – Elspeth, Joel and Esther.

Tony Chadwick, Youth Pastor
Tony joined our ministry team as Youth Pastor in February 2008.
Tony hails from the middle of nowhere in England & Wales and has been a full time Youth Pastor since 1994 years, working in Melksham, Edinburgh, Newport and Hong Kong for various churches and organisations. Tony became a Christian at 15 years old and was the first Christian in his immediate family. His interests includes being a true blue evertonian, his wife - Mel, and watching any and every sci fi programme available that doesn't involve horror, as he will no longer fit behind the couch, he likes sport but as it is cold here hasn't got round to doing much yet. Also collects potato heads and Bob the builder toys.
